1 NEED HELP UPLOADING VIDEOS and SLIDESHOWS?
If you have have questions about how to upload your more complex artifacts such as videos and slide shows in order to provide a link to your content, please see our support document:
How to Upload Content to the Internet.

2 NEED HELP UPLOADING ACTUAL HANDMADE ARTIFACTS?
Robert Wiebe and his class of Grade 5 students have made an amazing offer. They have offered to have a teacher send them all of your hand-written and hand-made artifacts to a class in Kitchener and they’ll photograph them, post them, and then return them to the class! receive, photograph, upload, and return artifacts from any class lacking good internet service to do so. If you require a thumb drive to send them by mail, please let us know.

3 NEED HELP UPLOADING CONTENT without INTERNET?
We have sent a USB stick to every remote and northern community so that teachers and classes in communities who lack reliable internet service can have another way to submit their artifacts to us. If you received one of these, please send your artifacts to us by mail and we will submit your students’ artifacts for you, and return the USB stick to you.
Northern communities can also use their USB stick to send materials to other classes across Canada (such as a video exchange).
If you teach in a school on a First Nations Reserve, in any of the 3 Territories, or in Northern Quebec, and you did not receive this USB stick and resources, please contact us. As long as a supply remains, we will send another to you.

If you have internet and/or bandwidth issues in your school or community, we have arranged with Contact North for any elementary class in Ontario to use their facilities in your area for uploading student artifacts and to help in connecting with classes across Ontario. All you have to do is get in touch with your local facility and arrange to use their services.
