Activity Description:
Spring is here! This week, we are asking you to get your students outside! Leave the classroom and explore your neighbourhood, or challenge your students to get outside on their own, and take pictures of signs of spring that are very special in your community. Is it picking fiddleheads? Visiting a sugar bush? Winning the Ice Out contest? In this exciting and invigorating time of year, let your students observe nature in all its beauty. What captures your students the most about Spring?
Share your students’ photographs with the hashtag #akgtcSA11, or email your submission to akgtcanada@gmail.com and we’ll share it for you!
What makes your local community unique?
