Contact North has generously offered to provide AKGTC teachers living in rural/ remote areas in Ontario with access to the internet through their online learning centres. Since many of these centres are only open part-time, teachers who need access to the internet must schedule an appointment with Contact North in order to access a Centre.
Step 1: Find your preferred Contact North Online Learning Centre using the list below (Centres are listed in alphabetical order).
Step 2: Send the following email to Contact North Conferencing Services:
My name is [First and Last Name] and I am a teacher at [School Name] in [City]. I am a registered teacher with A Kids’ Guide to Canada project living in a rural/ remote area in need of access to the internet.
The Contact North Online Learning Centre I would like to access is [Name and Address of Centre]. Please send me some available dates and times to access my preferred Centre.
Thank you! I look forward to hearing from you at your convenience.
